It’s individual. It depends on what you want to focus on. Therapy can be short-term. You can still achieve a lot.
While your past is influential in your decisions and outlook, I also like to focus on the here and now. What you can do today to change your life.
Coping with life’s difficulties takes skill. I teach the skills that improve your well-being. You will practice these skills both inside and outside of our sessions.
I give you feedback on what people around you experience when they are with you. Some people have trouble understanding how they come across to others.
My style is eclectic. I don’t prescribe to one psychotherapy style or technique. You can expect for me to conform my therapy style to your needs.
