No, our first session will be through video.

Will our online counseling sessions be the same as an in-person session? Will the quality of the sessions be the same?

Telehealth sessions will follow the same pattern as our in-person sessions. We will be on-time and focused during the session. Relationships can be built under any circumstance if you are open to it. The success is really about investing the time and energy in the process. The addition of headphones and a quiet atmosphere can improve the concentration during our telehealth sessions and limit distractions like door opening, leaf blowers, etc. Although pets love to join online therapy sessions and are always welcome. The quality of the digital connection of our telehealth session can vary depending on the quality of our internet connection and camera. It is important that you are in a quiet, private place to speak. We will consider sound/video issues as they arise and problem solve if we have anything that interferes with our ability to work together.
